Heat Treatment

Southern Precision has tried and tested suppliers for heat treatment. We are able to offer:
 

• Case and through hardening
• Nitride hardening
• Tuffriding

Certificates are available if required.

Xylan (PTFE) Coating

Southern Prcision have reently introduced our in-house Xylan coating facility. As a requirement from a regular customer, this facility has dramatically reduce our lead-time to them as well as providing a one-stop-shop service

Plating

• Zinc Plating

Surface Treatment

Southern Precision have built up a network of suppliers that can provide surface finishes that our customers require. Previous applications have required the following surface treatments:
