Turning |

Our CNC Turning facility comprises of 3 axis turn/mill up to 480mm diameter. We have both automatic magazine bar feed and bar pull for repetitive cycle work and can accommodate up to 63mm through the spindle.
Typical turning accuracy of .02mm is regularly achieved and with 12 station turrets a multitude of both turning, axial or radial milling or drilling work can be done in one operation with good repeatability.
We are able to perform constant surfacing up to 6000 RPM which allows us to confidently cut small diameters on both plastics and aluminium alloys.
