It is important to do as much work as possible within a single set up and with two large CNC lathes with a mill/drill facility we are able to maintain a competitive edge on those products that traditionally had to go through a number of machining operations.
We have both positional C axis down to 0.1 degrees integral C axis that enables us to cut complex radial and axial shapes. These machines have 2 1.2” spindle bores and we have magazine bar feed which enables a “lights out” running state.
